About Judy Frisk
I'm Judy Frisk and I'm an artist working in watercolor, printmaking and figure drawing. My art background was in figure drawing, printmaking (primarily etching) and black and white pre-digital photography. Over the years I've found creative expression through many other media, including hand-built ceramics, stained glass, illustration and photography for posters and album graphics. I've also worked in computer and multimedia programming, taught computer graphics, and in 1998 formed 2 Worlds Interactive and for 20 years designed highly visual, custom websites for music and the arts.
Since retiring, I've returned to traditional art media such as drawing, painting and printmaking. My approach ranges from hyper-realism to a looser, more intuitive approach, where feel my way through the creative process.
